Tier Definitions

Local phone companies are classified in tiers based on the amount of access charges they impose.  For example, a Tier A phone company charges less than a Tier C phone company.  Since it costs less to supply a Tier A customer with service, the rates are lower for that customer.  If you have any questions regarding tiers feel free to give us a call: 800-99-VERAE (800-998-3723)
