Empowering Digital Integrity

Our technology works way better and is aligned with the desires of the founder of blockchain technology.

Dr. Stuart Haber, Chief Scientist and Co-founder at Verae

“The essential problem of how to establish the integrity of digital objects was the original motivation for me and my partner, Scott Stornetta when we invented and then deployed the world’s first blockchain in the early ‘90s.”

DataCubescan be used in a wide variety of industries, including supply chain, finance, law, and healthcare, to allow for the auditability of digital records and the physical objects connected to them.

Our initial goal is to enable the circular economy. We can track goods across a product’s lifecycle, creating an immutable audit trail for that product and enabling easy regulatory compliance. There’s an ever-growing chasm between production and recycling. Tech that can help close that gap isn’t optional - it’s essential.

How Verae™ benefits the circular economy by helping to manage resources. 500 billion metric tons were consumed from 2018-2023. In 2023, only 7.2% of it was recycled. (The Circularity Gap Report, 2024). The remaining 92.8% is a critical opportunity—not just for the circular economy but also for the planet.

End-to-end traceability, powered by Verae’s technology, will get us there.

Regulators, consumers, and businesses recognize the urgent need to move away from our current “take, make, and dispose” model of production. Yet, we lack an auditable, persistent, and decentralized system for traceability.

Blockchain technology is the ideal foundation for authenticating digital information.

Verae™ adds a flexible, scalable framework for auditable digital records, offering these benefits:

  • Decentralization: Data is controlled by users, not by a centralized authority.

  • Information privacy: Users can control which data they share and with whom.

  • Immutability: Information cannot be backdated or altered after certification.

  • Persistence: Traceability data remains accessible, even if a certifying party ceases to exist.

  • Energy Efficiency: Verae's unique approach to blockchain minimizes energy consumption.

We need to be able to trust our systems now more than ever.

Verae™ provides a cutting-edge system designed for decentralized proof of digital integrity. At the core of our technology are blockchain-authenticated containers called DataCubes, which securely ensure data integrity and enable selective sharing of digital information and records. Our vision is to provide blockchain-authenticated traceability and to create a platform for industry growth.

Guarantee Data Integrity & Compliance Blockchain-authenticated, tamper-proof records with public timestamping ensure verifiable, fraud-proof data across the supply chain.
  • Protect Sensitive Information – Retain full control of sensitive data, selectively sharing details with authorized third parties

  • Expedite Audits & Reporting – Real-time blockchain authentication simplifies compliance with regulatory and certifying bodies.

  • Seamless Integration & Compatibility - Works effortlessly across devices, industries, ERP systems, and supply chain networks.

  • Enhance Transparency & Trust – Immutable blockchain authentication provides end-to-end provability across trusted partners.

  • Detect & Prevent Fraud – Verify authenticity and identify fraud with blockchain authenticated transactions and records.

  • Adapt to Stakeholder Needs – Meet the evolving demands of government agencies, auditors, and supply chain partners.

  • End-to-End Visibility – Track transactions upstream and downstream, ensuring accountability at every stage.

  • Rapid, Flexible Implementation – Deploy instantly using standard tools—no complex consulting or customization required.

  • Device Agnostic – Compatible with a wide range of technologies, from automation tools to security and tracking devices.

  • Flexible Data Management – Securely handle verifiable digital data, including timestamps, geo-location, PII, and sensor data

FAQ

  • We have built cradle to grave end to end traceability that uses blockchain technology.  This technology can play a vital role in the transition to a sustainable circular economy.

DataCubes store any digital record, including documents, photos, videos, data destruction records, and more.  Users can selectively share information with third parties, including customers, brokers, auditors, and trusted partners in the supply chain.

DataCubes certify the integrity of the information.

  • Actually, no, it’s all about the data.  Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies were developed on top of blockchain technology. The original purpose behind blockchain was simply to certify the integrity of digital information.  Our Chief Scientist, Stuart Haber, is the co-inventor of blockchain technology.  He envisioned blockchain as a way to certify that records are original and have never been tampered with.  This tamper-evident design ensures that any attempt to alter data is recorded. The information stored in Verae’s DataCubes can remain confidential.

We are not a crypto, not a coin, and we do not offer tokens.

  • “Circular economy” describes the concept of reusing, repairing, refurbishing, and recycling products and materials. This is a departure from our current economic model which mostly follows a 'take, make, dispose' philosophy.

  • In his 12-minute TEDx video, Verae's Chief Scientist and co-inventor of blockchain, Stuart Haber, explains the basic concept behind this technology in layman’s terms:
