Third-Party Sub-processors

Verae engages certain third-party entities (“Sub-processors”) to process Customer Personal Data on Verae’s behalf in connection with its products and services. These engagements are governed by agreements between Verae and each Sub-processor that require the Sub-processor to meet Verae’s commitments under its Data Processing Addendum (DPA).

Verae conducts regular reviews of its Sub-processors to ensure they maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Customer Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the standards set forth in Verae’s DPA.

The list below identifies Verae’s current Sub-processors used for its products, services, and related support activities. For each Sub-processor, the processing of Personal Data occurs only for the duration necessary to deliver the applicable services and in accordance with the retention periods defined in the customer’s agreement with Verae.
